The service
DigitalCheck.Pro provides an automated digital presence audit of a company based on AI analysis of public sources.
Account
Using the service requires registration. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
Payment & delivery
Audits are paid per use; pricing is shown on the site in US dollars. The report is generated automatically right after payment. Audit updates (re-audits) are billed separately. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and seller at checkout, and processes payment and applicable taxes.
Nature of results
The report is informational and advisory, based on data available at the time of analysis. We don't guarantee the completeness of external sources or any specific business outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, overload it with automated requests, or infringe third-party rights.
Refunds
Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on the report. Total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.
Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction are those of the service operator's place of registration.
