If you're not satisfied with the report, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment.

Refund amount

We refund the amount actually paid (in US dollars), accounting for any applied promo codes or discounts.

Digital delivery

The report is delivered immediately after payment. The money-back guarantee still applies for 14 days regardless of the report already being generated.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
