Privacy Policy
What we collect
On sign-up: email, name and company. For an audit: the name and website of the company you analyze. Technical data: IP address, browser type. We do not collect or store payment card numbers.
AI processing
To build your report, your inputs (name, website) and publicly available information about the company are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic, the Claude model) for analysis. Only what is needed for the audit is shared.
Payments
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), on its secure checkout page. Paddle acts as the seller of record, processes the payment and handles applicable taxes. We only receive the payment status and never have access to your card details.
Cookies & localStorage
We use browser localStorage to keep your auth token and language choice; this is strictly necessary for the service to work. With your consent (the "Accept" button in the cookie banner) we also load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Until you consent, no analytics are loaded. We use no advertising trackers.
Storage & retention
Data is stored on secured servers. Your audit history is kept while your account exists. Access is protected by a password and token.
Third parties
Data is shared only with processors required to deliver the service: an AI analysis provider (Anthropic) and the payment provider Paddle at checkout. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your account and related data by emailing support@digitalcheck.pro.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current date is shown at the top of the page.
